Issue: Crash during actions phase (1.4.3) #197
Description
During the actions phase of a build (JSM running post-enrollment and pre-account creation), it terminated mid-process with the following error:
*** Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSGenericException', reason: 'The window has been marked as needing another Update Constraints in Window pass, but it has already had more Update Constraints in Window passes than there are views in the window.

The network is Wi-Fi with robust throughput of >300Mbps. After account creation and login, the device was wiped (EACaS), and on a subsequent build attempt JSM ran to completion without issue.
