Default to `'overwrite' => false` and optional migration

Hi, nice work here!

1. The current defaults require every user (basic/advanced) of this package to take further actions after composer require
2. I think it is better if composer require is the only command needed to get the basics going
3. My proposal is to default overwrite to false, then things already work without having to publish and execute the migration
