<h1> About the project </h1>
<h3>The objective of this project is to develop a well-organised system in the vehicle number plate detection. Methods: The major techniques used in the implementation of the designs are gray scale conversion, black and white image conversion, filling holes, border detection and image segmentation.In this project we Take image of the car and search for the number plate in the image. Once the probable number plate area is located it is given to OCR. If OCR doesn't recognize the characters from the image number plate area is searched again from the image. If characters are recognized then number plate search is terminated.</h3>
