It didn't tell me that I am not suppose to put any day out of the range of 1 to 30/31. It just say invalid date specified but I do not know which part is invalid.

Although the error message does not tell the user the valid days for the current month, the calendar below clearly shows the user that the 29th of February does not exist (you can see there is only 28 days for February 2019 from the screenshot). Users will input the date while viewing the calendar so there is no ambiguity.
This minor issue does not affect the usability of the feature, hence we believe the we should not be penalised for this.
