changelog is loaded at runtime as a static .md file

Describe the solution you'd like
Parse .md to .json and load at build time (possibly using: https://github.com/hypermodules/changelog-parser)

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatively use webpack to load markdown (https://github.com/peerigon/markdown-loader)
