General fixes for front page

-removed unnecessary/not used assets from the folder
-fixed authentication icon
-scroll.js is no longer logging when the user is scrolling
-JupyterHub logo centered
-Added shadows to architecture buttons to be more consistent design
with the orange buttons
-Lowercase for the JupyterHub button fix
-changed continuum logo (b/w as well as color) to be updated to most
current one
-Rackspace added to “currently in use” section
