the next error line is this:

I'm using a txt file with url to the plugins like this:

https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/bukkit-plugins/vault
https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/luckperms
https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/bukkit-plugins/essentialsx

is the command error because of how is linked the plugin or am I doing something wrong?
I don't understand what does the version message mean.

Can you provide your full container config such as compose file? It will depend on the mod loader and version what is allowed to be selected.

Yes, of course. I'm running it in AWS and pretty noob in this.
I have to say that I removed Vault and LuckPerms and try just with EssentialsX
and I worked I just got a message saying that automatic download from EssentialsX were disabled.
It might be an isssue with the other 2 plugins... dunno
