Hello,

I install SwitchKey the first time, I have performed all the steps described. The program also has the accessibility permission. When I want to open the program nothing happens, no icon in the menu bar. When I watch the activity indicator, I see that the app is open. I try all this on a MacBook Pro M1 Max with macOS 12.5.
Any ideas?

It seems that SwitchKey isn't compatible with the latest macOS versions. On my end, it stopped working after an update and now I get the sabe behavior that @rflstrmn described.
