从oracle 通过flinkcdc 同步数据到clickhouse，表数据400w+条，每次都是运行了30分钟左右就报错，任务停止，其他小数据量的表没遇到过这个问题

@Breezelll use new cdc version 3.1 and new flink clickhouse connector test it
