Cyberduck License Not Installing

I am reviewing both Cyberduck and MountainDuck for use in our church, to access AWS. I received the email after sending in a donation for cyberduck (Win), saved it to my desktop, double clicked and a popup said "select an app to open this .cyberducklicense file". "Cyberduck" was not an option and I have not been successful locating it. What next? before purchasing licenses of MountainDuck, I would like to see this work first. Thanks!

Ensure the filename ends with .cyberducklicense and not .cyberducklicense.xml or another extension saved from your email application.

My license for MountainDuck is not loading on my Mac after upgrading either. There is no option to add it.
