Just turn on and edit a pickit file. I use the kolton one. I know it must work, as she got me a Gheeds yesterday.... it was in my Stash. She also grabs the small charms I have set. Def set your parameters, or it is far and few between. the kolton file is set for perfects only. I set my resistances lower on a few, so I actually get some. |

I know how to change all that but since this is an "autoscript" with very little needing to be done by user I wanted to figure out a way to have this done for you "automagically" It would make for less setup |

I would suggest you break up your pickit files into smaller files. And load them separately. This way you 1. dont have to edit a massive file and 2. It's more customizable. On a separate note. Some of your lines for basic items counteract the settings in my bot. Yours are more permissive so it may cause the bot to fill the stash up with mf items. So you will definately need to have muling enabled. |

Oh yeah, I agree. I made this to have a list of everything in one place more or less. I have that picket broken down by class, charm and misc and then anything else. Was thinking of ways to have it keep other items than the final build sets yours currently does. Like keeping shakos and other mf items. |

I was racking my brain with ideas today and playing around in the code. Mostly just broke stuff. Appears setting locks for inventory in the config files for each class doesnt work. It overrides somewhere. Im trying to figure it out. I seen a few code snippets that places cube in a certain spot in your inventory and was thinking of using that to make it dynamically check each spot to see if there is an item in it and if so move to next spot and place charm there and lock it so bot doesn't touch it again. Seems like a lot of work but would be a pretty cool addition to an already cool script. The less users have to configure the better. Question off topic. Does bot ever start to farm once done with hell? Like sonic will start mf after a certain point. Would be cool to add a toggle that switches to magic find mode and stops questing or vice versa. |

Sorry missed this post. Yea I just included a questing vs farming methodology in the most recent script. Someone else pointed out the benefit of farming while questing for hardcore. So I'm looking at expanding the way the farming works. |

I've had some success keeping a good inventory of charms. General idea is to sort all charms by tier, then drop charms with low tier per slot until there's a 4x4 space in inventory. Over time I get a lot of life/mana charms. Here's the list of changes I've made so far:
There're still some issues with the tier calculation. Res & skill charms seem to not count towards tier. But otherwise it seems to be working as intended. |

That's similar to the approach I've been working on. Except for how the charms are managed. I'm actually looking into creating an array to push the items in and select from the array for inventory then evaluate if wanted from a pickit to stash if not then drop. Also I've written a custom charmtier function to evaluate the charms themselves. All of this is still in process so I haven't released anything yet. |

Would it be possible to have bot keep certain charms in inventory? I think small life charms and a gheeds would be very useful when found and kept. I've noticed that bot does not keep any charms at all. I'm assuming these keeps are part of the global script from what I see in that file. I've since added some that I would like bot to keep under the var generalIteams code. Now the issue is...
We could easily config out character inventory and see certain positions to be 0 so bot keeps item in inventory at all times. However, if bot fills up inventory with mana or hp potions those will never be used and charms could fall outside of the "safe" array that we have chosen. My idea would be.
If bot gets this small charm -->" [name] == smallcharm && [quality] == magic # [maxhp] >= 18", it would then auto config inventory slots and place in designated spot and always keep it. So say its calls this line in config-
Config.Inventory[0] = [1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1];
and replaces it with
Config.Inventory[0] = [0, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1];
Therefore keeping that small charm safe and in the inventory always.
but then if it finds another one, it would automatically call the config file agian but this time
Config.Inventory[1] = [1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1];
and changing it to
Config.Inventory[1] = [0, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1];
and placing small charm into that slot. we would now have this
Config.Inventory[0] = [0, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1];

It would continue to keep good small charms and for up to say four total rows allowing a large/grand charm of our choosing (like a gheeds) to be kept in the fourth slot and eventually end up with a config like

Config.Inventory[1] = [0, 0, 0, 0, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1];

I know we could easily change the bot to pick up charms and a gheeds and stash them and we could come back later and manually config the save slots ourselves, but since we are doing everything automatically I thought this would be a cool idea to add, especially those of us that run hardcore and every small charm with resist and life are kept in out inventories for survival. Or on the softcore side, all small magic find and gheeds for finding better gear.
I'm guessing it might be a huge pain in the butt to add to your already awesome scripts but I can help get this implemented if you just point me in the right direction. I'm guessing adding charm pickups starts in the global.js file...
