Add new GET endpoint for verification of the active license #60

Now, whenever I need to verify whether a license is valid, I have to use two calls - activate and info - and then check if the dates are right.

Ideally, one GET call would tell me for a given license key and machine name / activation url, if the installation is valid / active.
