Occurrence (and absence) data for the threatened pillar coral, Dendrogyra cylindrus with estimates of abundance (colony counts) and coordinates at reef-scale. Data collected throughout 2014-2015 in Los Roques Archipelago National Park, Venezuela covering 106 sites.
