CA Stream Health eDNA 16S

Describe your dataset and any specific challenges or blockers you have or anticipate.

16S data currently in ASV abundance table (rows as ASV, columns as unique sample IDs) with taxonomy and sample information. Main challenge is formatting for OBIS in a way that does not overwhelm my computer or brain.
Note: this data is not yet publicly available.
Post workshop update: I understand the steps I need to take to format my data.
