bug: Ion-Toggle still works with PopUp on Screen

After a popup stays active, the ion-toggle continues to function normally.
I Just don't know why.
Even the pure backdrop component works normally on locking ion-toggle.

I have exactly the same issue.
At first I thought it was a z-index issue but this is not the case.

The fix is:

.popup-container {
pointer-events: auto;
}
