content: add @param tags and review formatting in method comments

Issue Description

Method parameters are included in the docs via JSDoc comments in the framework repo. The following components are known to be missing @param tags so are absent from the documentation.

router (Missing tag for animation param)

The format of the comments should be improved on others like action-sheet to separate the @param description from additional comments.
