utilize browser storage to save temporarily ongoing user draft

Currently, in the upload form we don't have a feature to automatically save the ongoing work of a user. That means, that if something unexpected happens during a user entering upload information and they haven't clicked save, then all their ongoing work is lost. This can lead to quite some frustration from the perspective of the uploader.

• Find a solution to temporarily save the ongoing draft until an explicit Save action is triggered.
