Source control error pop up

We receive the following error any time we navigate to a page with the source control extension.

Error invoking Source Control:
Error #5540: SQLCODE: -30 Message: Table
'SOURCECONTROL_GIT.CHANGE' not found compiling
embedded cached query from SourceControl.Git.Change.CLS

Workaround is to turn off instance wide uncommitted queue:
set ^SYS("SourceControl","Git","settings","warnInstanceWideUncommitted") = 0

We need a fix to fail more gracefully in the uncommitted queue check.
