Test FPGA device plugin with the latest OPAE version

OPAE changed its kernel support starting from version 2.0.0.
They use DFL driver + custom changes from https://github.com/OPAE/linux-dfl
Most probably our FPGA plugin will work with this driver as it supports in-tree DFL driver, but it worth checking.
We also need to check if OPAE 2.0.0 works with in-tree DFL driver.
