Test FPGA device plugin with the latest version of the Intel Acceleration Stack

At the moment of creating this issue the latest version of Intel Acceleration Stack software is 1.2.1: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/products/boards_and_kits/dev-kits/altera/acceleration-card-arria-10-gx/getting-started.html

It includes Open Programmable Acceleration Engine (OPAE) version: 1.1.2-2

So far FPGA device plugin was proven to work with previous version of the Intel Acceleration Stack: 1.2
It needs to be tested with 1.2.1 as well.

This includes installation of the Accelerator Stack, re-flashing devices with new FIM and BMC firmware, updating mappings and test setups. First 2 steps could be tricky, especially with the FPGA hardware with older (< 1.2) firmware versions.
