Background

This step may come after the launch of the docs website, which primarily seeks to cover the following topics. Given that it comes after #677, the required content/details will be updated accordingly.

Content: An overview of different unit, integration, and e2e tests IBC-rs incorporates and the scope of their coverage. As well as instructions on how an integrated IBC-rs should be tested on the host's end.

Target: developers, validators, operators, relayers
