Inertia V2 Compatibility [COMPLETE!]

Hey folks, I just wanted to make a quick update on where we stand for V2. Thanks to some recent PRs we are getting very close to tagging a V2 compatible release!

V2 Server Adapter Changes

• Optional Props V2: Deprecate lazy add optional #59
• Merge Props V2: Add merge props #60
• Deferred Props Support Inertia 2.0 deferred props feature #56 thanks @mrfolksy !
• History Encryption Add support for encrypt and clear history #55 thanks @svengt !

I'll likely work on this a bit tomorrow because it would be great to finally get a version tagged and out!

Just tagged 1.0.0 with this release! There's nothing that was publicly documented that was a breaking change, but python imports are pretty flexible 😄

We have ported some partial screens of our products to Django + Inertia.JS . I think it is pretty great, and I am not sure why this combination is not as popular compared to Laravel.

It's almost there, and this is a great alternative to HTMX. I wish there is more activity here, hopefully I can contribute to it.

I'm also satisfied despite some initial struggles and a few unexpected issues (due to it being my first time with this stack) along the way. I'm happy with the result, and by the end of the month, I'll be going to production with an app built using this stack.

This template was an essential help to get started, even though I ended up heavily modifying it along the way.

@SarthakJariwala has created some awesome docs that I think will really help with onboarding. We're a domain away from deploying them so they should be live very soon!
