Create a CRL (Certificate Revocation List) using Managed code

Using the managed Der ASN.1 DerConverter from pem-utils. I have managed to create an identical structure to the one found in google crl files like this one http://crl.pki.goog/GTSGIAG3.crl.

What I have not figured ou is how to add the final signing part of the file.

I am also using the excelent Asn1Editor.WPF to inspect the files.
