Hook up search indexer to cron

The indexer at _search/server/index-site.py is not yet hooked up to server-side automation. We need to create a cron job on search.imagej.net that runs it at least hourly.

@oeway points out that alternately, we could hook up the reindexing job to the CI. This would be nice because then every time someone makes a change to the main branch, the indexer would run, and it wouldn't need to run hourly doing vacuous rebuilds. We would just need to register the read-write API key with the imagej org.
