Hi - it seems MSigDB has a new update for 2024 (mouse and human) and one of the big changes/additions is the KEGG MEDICUS collection (original KEGG pathways seem to now be labeled as KEGG LEGACY). This does not seem to be available (yet) in the msigdbr collections, but note it is in GSEAtraining noted here.

Is it possible to update to include the new collection?

Seconding this humble request - in my case, I'm particularly interested in the changed GOBP pathways over the past 2+ years to MSigDB which are not present in the package at present.
