Friendly errors for network commands

If error happens inside any network command most of the time user will see in output some low level error description e.g.

It could be hard to identify what is the problem.

Describe the solution you'd like
Wrap low level errors with informative description. Description should clearly tell a user where the problem is and if possible suggest solutions.
