Kugelblitz Multiblock Feature: Creating and Utilizing Tiny Black Holes

Players can build a multiblock setup to harness high-power lasers and a massive amount of energy to create a tiny black hole, which can then be used for energy generation and item transformations.

Key Components

  • Laser Assembly
  • Kugelblitz Confinement Chamber
  • Black Hole

Laser assembly Parts:

  • Laser Crystal Core: Generates the high-energy laser beam.
  • High-Energy Oscillator: Modulates the frequency and intensity of the laser pulses.
  • Energy Interface Module: Connects the laser assembly to the energy network.
  • Electromagnets: Direct and stabilize the laser beam.
  • Laser Assembly Port: Manages energy input, coolant flow, computer integration, and redstone signals.
  • Empty Active Heatsink: Prevents overheating during laser operation.

Operation:

  • Laser assemblies require:
  • Energy: To power the high-energy beam.
  • Coolant: To prevent overheating of components.

Control Options:

  • Redstone Signals
  • Computer Systems
  • Graphical User Interface (GUI)

Setup Requirements:

A total of six laser assemblies are needed, one for each side of the confinement chamber.
All laser assemblies must point directly into the confinement chamber.
Before firing, all assemblies must be tuned to the same frequency.

Kugelblitz Confinement Chamber

Parts:

  • Photon Concentrator: Focuses the laser beams into a single point.
  • Event Horizon Stabilizer: Maintains the stability of the black hole's event horizon.
  • Neutronium Frame: Provides structural integrity to withstand immense forces.
  • Chamber Port: Handles energy, coolant, and data connections.
  • Chamber Terminal: Provides player interaction and diagnostics.
  • Quantum Flux Regulator: Adjusts and controls the Quantum Flux levels within the chamber.
  • Quantum Transformer: Enables item transformations using the black hole.

Operation:

Once the confinement chamber is constructed and aligned, it requires a synchronized laser burst from all six laser assemblies.
Upon receiving the burst, a tiny black hole is generated at the center of the chamber.

Black Hole Mechanics

The Kugelblitz black hole generates a significant amount of energy.
To sustain the black hole, players must provide a continuous supply of fuel. Without fuel, the black hole will evaporate.
The black hole also enables Quantum Transformation, allowing players to convert items into other items.

Quantum Transformation:

Each black hole has a unique seed, which affects transformation mappings.

Transformation Recipes:
No fixed recipes; mappings are seed-dependent and unique to each black hole.
Players must investigate the required Quantum Flux level for each transformation.

Example:

Black Hole Seed A: Cobblestone + Quantum Flux = 50 → Gold Block.
Black Hole Seed B: Cobblestone + Quantum Flux = 26 → Stick.

Configuration:

The list of items eligible for transformation can be customized in the configuration file.

Example Usage Workflow

  1. Construct the multiblock setup with six laser assemblies and the confinement chamber.
  2. Tune all laser assemblies to the same frequency.
  3. Fire the synchronized laser burst to generate the black hole.
  4. Supply the black hole with fuel to prevent evaporation.
  5. Use the Quantum Transformer to experiment with item transformations by adjusting Quantum Flux levels.
  6. Investigate transformation mappings unique to the black hole's seed.

This feature adds a layer of mystery and experimentation, encouraging players to explore unique transformation possibilities while managing the complexities of energy, cooling, and synchronization.
