ICARO_HOME is probably not needed because ~ works in every OS/shell we want to target icaro for
icaro should be a function in powershell and not an alias
test the entrypoint -> cli-core command using the powershell syntax (pushd; cd ~/icaro/cli; java -jar entrypoint.jar; popd)
