first pass better single image lightbox

we're ditchign swipebox in this case and moving to image zoom.js, a js lib made by @fat for medium.com. galleries retain swipebox so due to grouping

I'm liking what I see. Should be a much better lightbox.

upgrade gallery lightbox and re-style to match image zoom

also ditch the background-image and use dashicons, and start a master variables file in prep for style re-organization
