Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We serve WIT APIs over the Kinet. Would be nice if we also served over HTTP.

Describe the solution you'd like
At least two endpoints, e.g.

GET /apis
Returns all WIT APIs that are queryable from this node's app-store.

GET /api/
Returns the WIT API for the given process-id (or an error).
