feature: add progress indicator to register flow

from @bitful-pannul: I wonder if it would be even clearer if there were a (nonclickable) progress bar with dots to indicate which part of the registration process a given user is on:

[x] commit to a name ---> [x] register name ---> [] set password

Describe the solution you'd like
A progress bar as described while a user traverses through registration.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The current page has no indicator. We should at least have some indicator.
