Hello all, this is an amazing product, I'd just like to ask @albertcht or anyone else who might know, which version of Laravel was this ported from?

Hi @secondmanveran,

The versions of packages ported to Hypervel may vary based on when we ported them. This project was launched about two years ago, so most of the packages are ported after Laravel 10. So they may come from Laravel 10, Laravel 11 or Laravel 12.

Some packages, like eloquent, may remain in older versions because they're derived from the Hyperf framework - possibly from Laravel 8 with modifications by the Hyperf team.

I'd like to note that although most packages are ported from Laravel, we can't guarantee they're 100% identical to Laravel since we've made adjustments to accommodate the coroutine environment and the Hypervel ecosystem. However, we will document these differences and added features in our documentation.

I'm interested in writing an Inertia adapter so that we can get a powerful front end into this. I'll take a look and see what Laravel packages are used to look for any incompatibilities.

Would you accept that as an official package, or would you want that to remain 3rd party?

Great! Although the inertia-laravel repo is not maintained directly by the Laravel team, it’s officially supported by Laravel as well. I think we can accept it as a package that's part of Hypervel.

Actually Laravel acquired Inertia a while back, adding new features to bring it up to 2.x. I think it's managed by @joetannenbaum from the Laravel team.

There's also a PSR-15 adapter listed on the community-adapters page that might be a better fit given that the hypervel/router component doesn't have all that laravel/router has.

I'll ping you back at some point this weekend when I get a chance to take a deeper look.
