Update Hyperstack to ruby 3.0.7

I hope you are doing well!

I have managed to update hyperstack to ruby 3.0.7 and 3.1.6 on rails 6.1.7.10 and opal 1.5.1.

All tests pass except pre-rendering and one that affects uncontrolled text area tag.

Are you still interested in putting this forword?
