Svelte 5 - Drop in replacement

The issues below:

State that this no longer being maintained. Here is where it will be as I have too many projects using it to have it fall to the wayside.

I am going to keep this open for a bit to see if others join in.

I have dropped it into some of my production projects and I am keeping an eye on it. It was a drop in without any other changes. That is the goal at least 🥰

I have gotten svelte-keyed upgraded, more test cases, more speed etc. I believe its in a pretty good spot. I will probably release it once I have fresh eyes: humanspeak/svelte-keyed#21

Ok, dropped into numerous of my production product and it is working for my use cases. I will be building up the 4 packages with test cases etc to ensure that it is working for all the others out there that want to use it as well.
