Character/Style-based filtering and categorization

I was speaking with some amazing folks from the Banodoco art community and came across the following ask:

Given a bunch of pyscenedetect split videos in a folder, and one or more reference images/videos of character/style/etc., the script should return the relevant videos to the reference.

This would be super helpful in being able to curate datasets for lora training fast. WDYT? Or is it maybe out of scope for what you're focusing on here?
