How to use efficientnetv2 test_input_size?

I am confused how to use test_input_size in efficientnetv2. let suppose i create the model

model=timm.creat_model("efficientnetv2_rw_t")
for image,label in train_loader:
   out=model(image)
for image,label in val_loader:
   out=model(image)
