[image deterioration] When using inpainting pipelines, image quality from deteriorating must happens. Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

Hi, you're not telling us that much of information, but guessing by your images, you're probably using an SDXL inpainting model. I have answered this question quite a lot of times, but here I go again:

The vae encoding and decoding is not a lossless process, you will always degrade the image when doing this process which means using inpainting and img2img. This is worse if you use this multiple times or over an AI generated image, also the SDXL VAE is a lot worse than the newer ones like the ones in SD 3.5 or Flux.

One way to fix this is to paste the generated part over the original image, this way you only "degrade" the inpainted part, but sadly, for the SDXL inpainting models this is not possible because the original model always makes the image less saturated or changes the colors.
