Hmm, this means your install is corrupted somehow.

More specifically, it means:

• Your server is installed locally in /Users/anas/.local/share/httptoolkit-server/client/1.21.2
• That should include various dependencies in node_modules, including /Users/anas/.local/share/httptoolkit-server/client/1.21.2/node_modules/@oclif/command.
• Either that directory doesn't exist, or its package.json, or a file that package.json referenced and needed to load to import the module.

Any ideas? You can try uninstalling from homebrew and deleting /Users/anas/.local/share/httptoolkit-server/ entirely, and then reinstalling, and that might work successfully.
