Publish Helm chart as a OCI artifact

TL;DR

I'd like to be able to use something like oci://ghcr.io/hetznercloud/hcloud-cloud-controller-manager instead of the https://charts.hetzner.cloud Helm repository

Expected behavior

Ideally I could helm install oci://ghcr.io/hetznercloud/hcloud-cloud-controller-manager ...

your feature request is reasonable. We won't focus on this right now. We had a small discussion in our team and we most likely are not going to use the GitHub registry for this.

Hey @lukasmetzner, happy to hear that you have considered it – hope that this could be more viable in the future. Just to clarify: the usage of the GitHub registry itself is not that important to me, rather the OCI artifacts themselves, would be happy to use them from your custom OCI registry (like it is with the Helm repository)
