Support user-definable opening books

This wouldn't be too difficult, just a lot of work:
- GUI for managing the opening books
- Either a user preference which book should be used (possibly separate settings for the three game types, or attach to a profile), or add a selection to the new game screen
- Use the preference to re-configure Fuego each time a new game is started
- Support for adding/removing books via iTunes
