由于你没有说明“划词没有恢复”具体指什么，我只能猜测如下：

是不是你购买的套餐包过期了？套餐包过期之后，要重新购买套餐包
是不是谷歌翻译或 DeepL（内置）出现报错了？这俩服务是用不上套餐包的，所以买了流量包也不会让它们恢复正常。如果真是这俩报错了，麻烦提供一下具体的报错内容

总之，还是需要你说明一下“划词没有恢复”具体是出了什么问题，我才能对症下药
