I can't add the time I spent on the project

also there is an error in calculating time, I spent 12 hours on the project, and here it says 1 day. Today on planet Earth there are 24 hours in a day, there can't be 1 day here

and another moment from the category of drug abuse or schizophrenia
if I spent 4 minutes on a project... then why can't I indicate 4m? Sorry, but it's extremely stupid to go to the calculator and calculate how many minutes are in an hour to indicate 4 minutes (0.0666667)

Image

and here comments are unnecessary, the site perfectly translates 0.6 into 3 minutes...

please don't use drugs, 0.0666667 is not normal

FYI @BykhovDenis @haiodo @mr1name @aonnikov

make normal display of time and the ability to display minutes not through 0 with floating point
16 hours is not 2 days

Work days in a project management context are typically counted in increments of 8 hours, as that is the typical amount of time a person works a day. If someone estimates a project to take 10 days, they mean 10 work days of 8 hours each, so 80 "real" hours. And they wouldn't say the project took 3.33 days.

That being said, a distinction between estimated project time in work days and a secondary time in "real" hours would be more clear. I'd agree that seeing Spent time: 1d4h30m would be better expressed as 1 workday and 4h30m (12h30m) (or similar).

nonsense... then it turns out that the program is only for a certain circle, where for some reason the norm is calculated in days. And it’s also not clear what to do for those who spent 4 minutes on the task.

any healthy person understands that this is absurd and an attempt to force people to call black white.

@ThenTech right, work day is 8 hours and it is right for time management, but it should be configurable. About strange values - we will fix it

i understand that when a task takes 24 hours, it was normal to move the counter to 1 day, but not when 8 hours equal a day. that is, if 2 people enter 8 hours for 1 day, that is 16, then they will do 2 days of work?

stretching your standards to the whole world is not very logical, you position yourself as a replacement for jira, but in the jira I can enter 4 minutes, and you cannot.

implement "time spent" for all political regimes
