Wrong placeholders in Native Query page of the console

What is the current behaviour?

The placeholders in the "Native queries" page of the console are referencing "Logical Models"

What is the expected behaviour?

The form fields are actually about "Native queries", which is a different feature

How to reproduce the issue?

1. Just open the following page of your console: http://localhost:9695/console/data/native-queries/create
