Console: View supergraph metadata button doesn't work

What is the current behaviour?

Clicking on the Metadata button for the Supergraph does nothing.

What is the expected behaviour?

It should provide the complete metadata for the supergraph.

How to reproduce the issue?

1. Create a new project on DDN or open any existing project
2. Click on the Explorer button in the left side pane
3. Click on Metadata button on the top right corner
