Need to fix distributed-process, distributed-process-systest, and distributed-process-tests.

Currently blocked on random-1.3 support for:

• test-framework
• test-framework-quickcheck2
• uuid
• uuid-types
• QuickCheck

New releases of test-framework and test-framework-quickcheck2 will need to be made, as a new export in random (Seed) is conflicting with datatypes in these packages. Blocked on haskell/test-framework#73
