Workaround for GBK-H613A (possible other like H613D...)

First of all, thanks for the code! At the beginning only power on/off and brightness had worked for me.
After some investigation with android bluetooth_hci logging and wireshark I found out that the GOVEE-App sends manual color changes on another mode: 0x0d. I changed the class ELedMode to Manual = 0x0d in your Code and now it just works great.
With this workaround you may include H613A as tested device.

Thanks! i noticed the same on some recent hardware revision of the Govee stuff, i need to find a way to implement a version detection or a "mod" toggle for the mqtt entry to switch to the new command
