Consider building ebtree as a shared library #1

While packaging ebtree for distribution purposes, it would be prefered to build ebtree as a shared library.

Please consider along the lines of the attached patch, to make a shared library.

This github project is just a mirror of the original repository at git.1wt.eu, all issues/PR's are ignored.

Since there is no mailing list for ebtree, I suggest you send your patch directly to Willy Tarreau.
