不一样的，你要声明的地方写清楚

% \documentclass[master]{dutthesis} % 硕士
\documentclass[doctor]{dutthesis} % 博士

不知道现在格式啥样子了，我记得差别很明显，比如那个博士的两个声明在一起，硕士一个在前，一个都到结尾了。
