Blocked fetch request not displayed

1. set NoScript Preset customization to Default with only "frame" and "noscript" permissions
2. go to https://windscribe.com/what-is-my-ip
3. set "...windscribe.com" to TRUSTED

The page gives an error message "Something went wrong". It tries to load a "fetch" request from https://api.windscribe.net, but this is not displayed in the NoScript icon. The icon shows all allowed, and the hover tooltip shows "Blocked 0 of 0 items."

update: the "Blocked 0 of 0 items." tooltip is due to display bug #583. When switching tabs and switching back to the https://windscribe.com/what-is-my-ip tab, it now shows

Blocked 0 of 4 items.

<font>: 0/1

The blocked "fetch" request is still not displayed, and the NoScript icon is still a dark blue S on a white background without a red crossout
