If the app detects IE9 or older, present a message stating that GW ScholarSpace runs on IE10 or newer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc. (as for wording, please use whatever the industry standard is for this type of message)

Tested with
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=Edge" >
but no luck (but it would prevent IE's "compatibility" mode from making it worse)
